About
Danish (Aarhus); ~50; a career mission commander drawn from already-cleared personnel. Holds the sealed contingency (the persistence mode / extended search she may invoke only if Erika's confirmed identifier is acquired). External life: a partner / grown child at home with whom this mission opened a real fracture (she took it over their objection) — the someone the mission cost her (so she's not only a uniform).
How they speak
Clipped, decisive, warm only in private; the institutional calm of a commander who has buried crew. The "one more frame" line is the one time her certainty wavers — write the waver.
