MISSION RECORD · SUMMARY
NV Erika Magnusdóttir arrived at CW3 on a scheduled welfare assessment of the colony. The colony's institutional standing was confirmed. The colony's population (≈285) was confirmed in good order. Standard medical-protocol exchange completed without exception.
A signal-layer phenomenon at the CW3 junction was placed under formal ISA-CID oversight on the second day of on-station operations (see Protocol CW3-2155-001, filed separately). The vessel maintained on-station observation for the oversight window. The data-share request from SNG, dated 2154, was logged as received · under review · not actioned within window.
The vessel was released from station at T+68 hours by ISA-CID concurrence. Return traversal completed without incident. All crew accounted for. All systems nominal on arrival at Tromsø.
FIRST NAVIGATOR ENDORSEMENT
The undersigned, as First Navigator of NV Erika Magnusdóttir, confirms the accuracy of the mission record as filed. All sections of the record are consistent with the vessel's log, the watch reports, and the crew assessments. No exceptions are noted.
ADDITIONAL ENDORSEMENT — NON-STANDARD
