Ages, derived from the locked eight-year span and verified: 11 at departure → ~13 at Book 2 → 19 at Book 3/Book 4. she applies in her own name on the hundred and tenth day of 2340 — between Book 2 and Book 3, off the page or on it, but it happens. The date is the register's own arithmetic, not a birthday: it computed her seventeenth off the date of record and the authenticated age at entry, because she has no birth date. She said in 2334 that it was not her birthday. It is not. Sesk told her at eleven that she could apply in her own name at seventeen and not before, kept her confidence and refused her. She unlocked nothing then. She applies herself, later, on her own. she signs her own articles — to the hull and not the berth. it is the exact inverse of denn'S 2334 CHOICE. "He signed to the berth and not the hull so she comes home on the articles." Book 1 THROUGH Book 3 must be built toward it. A payoff of that shape cannot be retro-fitted.
