Director, ISA Contact Intelligence Division (ISA-CID) — predecessor function to ISCA (formally constituted 2190s). Voice-only character — never on-page in any POV chapter. Has been tracking Junction 14-A ("Proxima Anomaly") since S8B2 (2141 / 2142 / 2143 — see Open canon). This is why she recognises Idris at first contact during S8B4 in 2155.
