About

Keeps an escort crew ready while the scientists chase a model. Believes the fleet is underestimating operational uncertainty, and that the crisis is real but Sarah Bishop's model may still be too young. A sceptical peer from another ship.: receives a formation order whose clean human burn profile would exceed at least one allied hull or species acceleration limit; she rewrites the move as staggered burns and overlapping cover, spending her own task group's timing and interceptor margin so slower allies are not shed from the geometry.

Book 4 chapter 16: receives a formation order whose clean human burn profile would exceed at least one allied hull or species acceleration limit; she rewrites the move as staggered burns and overlapping cover, spending her own task group's timing and interceptor margin so slower allies are not shed from the geometry. Book 4 chapter 26: holds a failing approach while acting tactical and engineering leads work beyond their peacetime experience. She makes each of them state confidence and limits aloud, then chooses a slower hold that preserves the approach and respects the margins they actually report.
