About
Works in a different building from Frey. Receives the two boxes Ngozi Okonjo sealed at nineteen forty on the twenty-third and countersigned by Curtis Redding – Hart station's own instrument record from the twenty-fourth of June to the hour of the seal, off instruments that were never in the hull, written up by people who never saw a page of Sarah's. Her whole procedural value is separation, and she preserves it deliberately: opens the boxes in front of two witnesses who are not Okonjo, times and initials the seals, works nine days, and never speaks to the man working the other set. On the fifteenth day a third person lays both sets on one table; her page has arrived on its own.
