• Check your spam or junk folder. First-time senders land there more often than anyone would like. If you find it, mark it not spam so the weekly story reaches you.
• Gmail users: look in Promotions and Updates as well as your inbox.
• Add the sender to your contacts. One click now saves every future dispatch from the same fate.
• Nothing after ten minutes? Try again — a mistyped address is the usual culprit, and re-subscribing is harmless.
