The interval does not wander. Not by a part in a thousand, across everything captured. Nothing in the maintenance history of this array has ever failed to wander.
Ruled out (verification appendix, by hand)
- Local hardware. Two independent receivers, independent clocks, same record. A fault does not agree with itself across separate electronics.
- Aircraft, mainland ground stations, the big radars, the navy. Two days on the phone. Nothing was transmitting that could account for it — and none of it would track sidereal either. Everything human stays with the human ground.
- Dispersion, known catalogue sources, maser lines. Run and re-run across three weeks. No match.
What remains is a source that is not local, not equipment, and not in the catalogue. The file is entered without a designation because no designation exists for it. The catalogue has no column.
