Anouk's calculation framework is wrong because it does not account for cumulative Wound-shadow drift. Her death is canonical Wound-shadow consequence (the drift she attributed to equipment ageing was Wound-shadow).
Canon has not fixed this place in space, so the archive does not invent a coordinate for it. It appears in the gazetteer as unplaced rather than on the star map as a guess.
