INCIDENT SUMMARY
At approximately 21:30 local time on 14 September 2026, a temporal displacement event occurred at a residential property in Bristol, UK. Four individuals are confirmed displaced. Displacement type is Class 2A: device-initiated, uncontrolled, forward temporal direction. Destination era is currently unconfirmed.
The initiating device has been secured and is under Class 3 containment at [REDACTED]. Preliminary assessment indicates the device is of non-institutional design, constructed from commercially available components. The mechanism by which a device of this specification achieved a Class 2A displacement is not currently understood.
