1. CONTRACT SCOPE
This Agreement is entered into between SEAM NAVIGATION GROUP (SNG), herein "Contractor," and NV KARL VIDAR PEDERSEN (ISNA Registry: KV-047), herein "Vessel," represented by Captain BJØRG SANDBERG, for the purpose of conducting a four-stop commercial survey mission under ISNA commercial traversal licence.
2. MISSION PARAMETERS

3. NAVIGATOR DISCRETION CLAUSE
The Vessel's First Navigator retains full operational discretion on the fourth junction selection, subject to the following constraints: (a) junction must fall within approved commercial survey zones as defined by ISNA Commercial Operations Directive 2149-C; (b) total mission duration shall not exceed the 120-day operational window; (c) the selected junction and associated survey activity must be logged with SNG Mission Control within 48 hours of junction entry.
The Contractor acknowledges that operational conditions may warrant deviation from planned routing. The First Navigator's decision regarding the fourth stop is final and binding, provided it adheres to the constraints specified above.
4. COMPENSATION
